WHAT A CHANCE AT THE END!

A golden chance to score the equaliser for Haaland in the final seconds. Moukoko's cross-box pass is met by Reus, who sends it back across goal the other way for Haaland just two yards out. He has the goal gaping, but misses the target with Horn left stranded. A truly unbelievable end to an extraordinary game.

HUMMELS SO CLOSE!

Reus' header down to Hummels in the Cologne box is met by the defender with the outside of his foot, but Horn produces a fine save.
86'

SHOTS BLOCKED!

Haaland has an effort blocked in the Cologne box before Witsel's strike is deflected up into the air. Hummels is up to meet it, but his header is a simple one for Horn to handle.
84'

SCRAPPY STUFF

Still lacking some fluidity in attack here Dortmund, relying on individual efforts to beat Cologne defenders. It's all too tight around the Billy Goats' penalty area and the away side's defence is handling the pressure well.

LATE DRAMA TO COME?

Moukoko is on and looking lively for Dortmund, who still trail by a goal.
79'

STILL FIGHTING

Cologne are not slacking off in their pressing here. Dortmund are in control of possession, but Cologne's defence is now allowing any simple passes forward to the attacking talent on the pitch. This one is going to go down to the wire.

DORTMUND BACK IN IT!

Hazard has Dortmund back in the game with a fine, fine finish. Moukoko finds Reyna on the edge of the box and his pass across to the left finds Hazard. He sends a first-time shot back across goal, curling beyond Horn.

MOUKOKO INVOLVED

Sancho finds Moukoko again in the Dortmund box and he turns a defender inside and out before looking for support. He has immediately brought a new energy to the BVB attack.
70'

MOUKOKO FIRES WIDE!

A big chance for Moukoko to become the youngest scorer in the league's history. He turns past Bornauw and races into the Cologne box before he drags a shot just wide across goal.
68'

MOUKOKO ON!

The Bundesliga's youngest-ever player is getting ready to come on on the sidelines here, one week after making his debut. Reyna also comes on for Passlack.
65'

CZICHOS DOWN

The centre-back has pulled up with what looks to be a muscular injury. It looks unlikely that he will continue.
64'

COLOGNE DESERVING THEIR LEAD

Two identical goals here for Cologne so far and they fully deserve their lead. Defensively they have been superb in containing Sancho, Haaland and Co. with pressing and compactness across defence and midfield. And at the other end, two corners have produced two goals with training-ground work coming to fruition.
60'

SKHIRI AT THE DOUBLE!

INCREDIBLE! Cologne have doubled their lead and it's that man again, Ellyes Skhiri. He's scored each of Cologne's last three goals. Another corner as Wolf flicks on Duda's cross once again and Skhiri is at the back post to tap home. A carbon-copy of the first goal to make it 2-0 for Cologne.

WITSEL SLICES WIDE

Meunier's cross is headed on to Can in the Cologne box, who chests it to his left where Witsel is waiting. The Belgian takes too long to go for goal, though, and slices his shot wide while falling down.

CAN JUST WIDE!

The midfielder collects a headed clearance to the edge of the Cologne box and cuts inside beautifully past Skhiri before curling a shot at goal. This one is deflected behind for a corner.

REUS FORCES A SAVE

A little trickery from the free-kick as Sancho rolls the ball off for Reus to strike at goal from 25 yards. Horn punches the ball back out into the middle and his defence is able to clear.

BACK ON THE BALL

BVB looking to take control of possession early on here, but so far the same problems with no cutting-edge in attack.

Meunier's cross is only cleared to Witsel on the edge of the Cologne box and he chests the ball down before firing at goal. It's blocked well by the Cologne defence though, with Dortmund still struggling to open up space here.

ALMOST FOR JAKOBS

Hummels' pass across his own goal his a heavy one and the ball goes beyond Akanji to Jakobs. He goes for a first-time pass to Thielmann, but Akanji recovers to make a vital interception. That would almost certainly have been 0-2 if that had gone in.
34'

COLOGNE STILL FRUSTRATING

While the home side are having more of the ball, Cologne remain aggressive as soon as BVB enter their half with possession. And as soon as they do win the ball back, Cologne are pressing on the gas with their counter-attacks to put the Dortmund defence on the back foot.
32'

DORTMUND TAKING CONTROL

Cologne have seen a lot less of the ball in the last 10 minutes or so, with Dortmund taking more and more control of procceedings. Favre will want his side to start producing more chances to with their possession before half-time, however.
30'

DORTMUND GOAL RULED OUT

Hummels flicks home Brandt's free-kick with a nice glancing header across goal, but the flag is up on the near side. Hummels was half a yard offside when the ball was played.

SANCHO PROBING

The Englishman has moved in from the left wing to the centre, swapping with Reus and Brandt to try and get the Dortmund attack going. They'll all be looking for space between the Cologne midfield and defence.
26'

HAALAND JUST WIDE!

Finally a chance for Dortmund's No.9 as Meunier and Reus combine before the BVB captain slides Haaland in behind the Cologne defence. He goes down under a challenge from Bornauw as he shoots, firing the ball wide, and no penalty is given.

DREAM START FOR COLOGNE

22'

LACKING COMBINATIONS

Dortmund's attack can't find any space to string passes together here in the early stages. There's plenty of space between Reus, Brandt and Sancho behind Haaland and Cologne's defence is filling it fantastically thus far.
20'

NOTHING TO LOSE

After 18 winless games, it's clear to say Cologne are playing with no fear here so far. It's an attitude which has them deservedly in front.
17'

COLOGNE THRIVING

As soon as Dortmund attempt to push the ball into the Cologne half, the pressing is intense and suffocating from the away side. Haaland has hardly had a touch of the ball, and Markus Gisdol's side will want to keep it that way.

DUDA UP FRONT

Cologne's gameplan has worked superbly so far. The Slovakian is joining Thielmann in attack to make life difficult for Dortmund's defence on the ball. Can is trying everything to get on the ball and get the BVB attack moving, but it's been a struggle ever since Sancho struck the woodwork.

SKHIRI PUTS COLOGNE IN FRONT!

Well, well, well! The second-bottom side in the table are ahead inside 10 minutes at Dortmund. A corner is curled in by Duda and flick on by Wolf to the back post. Skhiri is there in space to tap home at the back post. What a start for Cologne!

FIRST CHANCE!

Cologne move the ball forward well with Duda finding Özcan in the box. He lays the ball back for Jakobs onto his right foot, and the left wing-back miscues his shot on his weaker foot. Cologne making a bright start to things here as well.
7'

COLOGNE PRESSING

The away side certainly aren't sitting back and letting Dortmund play here. Duda is joining Thielmann in attack in the early goings, with the midfield high up the pitch, too. Trying to make life as difficult as possible for Dortmund.
5'

SANCHO OFF THE BAR!

Superb from Dortmund as Reus latches onto a long ball into the Cologne box. He turns back inside and finds Sancho at the back post. He controls before slicing a shot at goal but can only watch as it bounces off the crossbar and over. Great early start from BVB here.
3'

COLOGNE SET-UP

The away side have three centre-backs in today, with Cestic on the right, Bornauw in the middle and Czichos to the left. Wolf and Jakobs will try to provide some width on the right and left, but will be predominantly doing defensive work today.
1'

WE'RE UNDERWAY!

The ball is rolling in Dortmund with the away side getting us underway.
Kick-off!

MOMENT'S SILENCE

The players gather in the centre-circle for a moment's silence to remember Diego Maradona, who passed away on Wednesday.

KICK-OFF COMING UP!

We're now just five minutes from kick-off here in Dortmund. It's second place against second-bottom with Cologne at the Signal Iduna Park for this afternoon.

MAN TO WATCH FOR COLOGNE

Ismail Jakobs will be looking to make an impact on the left wing for the Billy Goats today. The 21-year-old made his 25th Bundesliga appearance last time out and registered the most sprints of any player in any single game so far this season with 42 against Union on Matchday 8.

BVB BANG IN FORM

Haaland has scored 23 times in his first 22 Bundesliga matches for BVB - nobody in the league's history has ever registered more at the same juncture. Meanwhile, Sancho (two goals, two assists in three matches) and Reus (seven goals, five assists in 13 matches) have particularly enjoyed facing Cologne in the past.

SOMEONE SHOULD WIN THIS...

Feast or famine: Dortmund have not registered a draw in the league in almost a year since sharing the points in a 3-3 tie with RB Leipzig on 17 December 2019. Since then, they have won 19 and lost seven of their ensuing 26 games.

DORTMUND TEAM NEWS

There are a couple of changes to the Dortmund line-up, too, with head coach Lucien Favre forced into replacing Raphael Guerreiro at left-back. He has a slight hamstring problem, and Felix Passlack comes in for him. Emre Can joins Axel Witsel in midfield, while Julian Brandt is into midfield ahead of Gio Reyna.

COLOGNE TEAM NEWS

A couple of unexpected faces in the Cologne line-up today, including a Bundesliga debutant. It looks as though 19-year-old Sava-Arangel Cestic will make his Bundesliga debut from left-back. The teenager has been with Cologne since 2019, playing for the club's U23's this season. Jan Thielamnn will lead the attack in the absence of Sebastian Andersson, with former BVB right-back Marius Wolf - on loan from Dortmund - at right-back today.

BUNDESLIGA PAYS TRIBUTE TO MARADONA

The DFL have confirmed that the 36 teams based in Germany's top two divisions will observe a minute's silence and wear black armbands to honour the legendary No.10.
