Bernhardsson on the verge of comeback

There are two absentees, but also one returnee; Bernhardsson is fit again and is named in the squad for the first time since Matchday 26. Although he has missed 14 matches this season, Bernhardsson is still by far Kiel's best provider of assists (seven).

Two suspensions

Walter, meanwhile, must reshuffle the XI that were victorious in Berlin, as Tohumcu and Nekic are suspended after receiving yellow cards. As such, Therkelsen and Roslyng come into the side in their place. For young Dane Roslyng (20), it is his first start in the Bundesliga 2 after six substitute appearances.
