Full time! Darmstadt 0-3 St. Pauli
There'll be no promotion party in Darmstadt, whose unbeaten home record is ended by Pauli. The Lilies stay top, while Pauli close to within four points of the promotion play-off spot, with three games to go.
Time added on
Pauli eat into the five additional minutes, with defender Beifus sent on for midfielder-turned-striker Daschner.

Ice-cold from Pauli
Game, set and match - surely?!
Game over for Darmstadt as Daschner leads a two-on-one break, before selflessly squaring the ball for Otto to stroke home.
Saad pulled up just now after contesting a bouncing ball over the top of the Darmstadt defence. Afolayan also makes way in a tactical change. Forward David Otto and midfielder Connor Metcalfe are on.

Irvine with the block
Irvine times his challenge to perfection to stop Tietz from pulling the trigger inside the area. Superb intervention, met with rather hopeful penalty appeals by the Darmstadt players.
Fresh legs at left-back for Pauli, who are bracing themselves for a late onslaught.
Stojilkovic touches a long ball down for Tietz. He winds up, but Saliakas gets in the way to prevent the Darmstadt striker from getting his shot off.
Close to a third goal
Saad dances into the box, shaping to shoot but instead touching a pass into the feet of Afolayan, who fires straight at Schuhen.

The substitutes are involved immediately as Stojilkovic spins in the box and touches the ball off to Seydel. His first effort is blocked and his second - more of a cross-shot - is inches away from the outstretched toe of Tietz at the far post.
Two strikers - that's positive from Lieberknecht.
Saad dribbles into the box, but Pfeiffer slides in to make a goal-saving block. Daschner shovels the rebound straight at Schuhen from the edge of the area.
Darmstadt think they're back in it as Tietz connects with Honsak's cut-back to sweep a first-time finish into the top corner, but there was an offside in the build-up and it won't count.
Pauli double lead!
Darmstadt are going to have to do it the hard way as Pauli add a second. Schuhen can only parry Paqarada's dipping volley. Daschner is first to the loose ball and has the smarts to cut it back across goal for Saad to finish from close range.
Unbeaten in 15 home matches this season, Darmstadt were the clear favourites at kick-off, but that Pauli goal has changed everything.
What a save!
Darmstadt almost fall two behind as Hartel arrives unmarked to power Paqarada's left-wing cross goalwards. It's a powerful downward header, but Schuhen gets down well to beat it clear.
Can Darmstadt get themselves back into this?
Half time! Darmstadt 0-1 Pauli
Darmstadt's hopes of sealing promotion to the Bundesliga have been rocked by that late first-half goal. They've carried the greater threat, but have missing a cutting edge in front of goal. Pauli, who have the promotion play-off spot in their sights, certainly won't be complaining.

Put the champagen on ice! Paqarada drops a free-kick towards the near post. Dzwigala gets on the end of it, but it's Tietz with the final touch to give Pauli the lead with only their third effort on goal to Darmstadt's nine!
Kempe with a chance to strike a free-kick in a promising position, after Medic brings down Manu. He catches it well fron 30 yards, but it's straight at the goalkeeper.
Pfeifer picks out Tietx in the box. He has his back to goal, but swivels into space and sends a fierce shot over the crossbar.

Darmstadt look for Tietz again. He shakes off Dzwigala with ease, before arrowing a shot off target.

Tale of the tape
Pauli respond with a slick attack involving Saad and Hartel. Afolayan has a sight of the Darmstadt goal, but doesn't manage to land his effort on target. Open start.
Vasilj called on
Schnellhardt's 16-yard strike takes a deflection on its way towards goal, forcing Vasilj to adjust his feet and beat clear. Very good goalkeeping.
Winter signing Saad, who scored last week, is making a nuisance of himself. Twice now he's forced Darmstadt into a couple of last-ditch challenges in the final third.
Mehlem's through with only the goalkeeper to beat, but he slots the ball just past the upright. What a start that would have been!
Huge game in the promotion race. Darmstadt can go up with a win, but Pauli are not out of the running yet!
More on those teams
Tobias Kempe's back from injury for the leaders, with Mathias Honsak making way in midfield. They also have Fabian Holland on the bench again. As for Pauli, Hürzeler names the same starting XI that beat Bielefeld.
