Dynamo always believed in themselves and spoiled the Džeko party with two scrappy, but deserved, goals. Although Schalke had opportunities through Becker and Sylla to decide the match earlier, the Royal Blues walk away with yet another draw, which sees their lead at the top of the table reduced to a single point.

Rossipal breaks through on the left wing and powers his way into the penalty area. The cross was intended for Kutschke, but the ball bounces off Kuruçay's chest and into the net.
