Miroslav Klose extends contract as Nuremberg coach
Former Bayern Munich and Germany striker Miroslav Klose is set to stay on the sidelines at Bundesliga 2 side Nuremberg after signing a new contract.
Klose took charge of Nuremberg in summer 2024 and guided the club to a 10th-placed finish in his first season in charge. They are currently in the same position after 21 matches of the current campaign, ahead of a home meeting with Karlsruhe on Matchday 22.
Nuremberg's board member for sport Joti Chatzialexiou said: "From day one, Miro has identified strongly with the club, the region, and the people here. He enjoys great respect from the players, the club management, and the fans. Together, we will do everything we can to move the club forward."
