Reese plays the ball to Brekalo in the penalty area, who goes to the left edge of the six-yard box and curls the ball high to the right. At the far post, Winkler is completely unmarked, but heads the ball wide of the right post from five yards out.

Meffert brings down Cuisance just outside the penalty area. This is a good position for Hertha.

Michaël Cuisance hammers a free-kick into the wall. This leads to a counter-attack from Kiel - and after a blocked shot from Jonas Therkelsen, the Storks are awarded a corner.

Berlin simply cannot find the target. This time, Cuisance delivers the cross from the left. At the far post, Gechter is completely unmarked for the header from six metres out - but he puts the ball narrowly wide of the right post.

A Hertha Free-kick from the left is aimed towards the penalty spot. Dardai runs in and heads towards goal, but it's straight at Weiner, who is able to save. Had it gone in, it wouldn't have counted anyway as the flag was raised for offside.

Reese tries from distance, but he doesn't strike the ball properly and blasts it well over the crossbar.

Cuisance has already successfully freed himself from 82 percent of situations in which he has been under pressure.

It couldn't get much closer. Karbownik drives from the left to the edge of the penalty area, where he plays a through ball into the box to Schuler - who slots the ball with his left foot from around the six-yard line, level with the left post, past Weiner. But the ball rolls just a whisker wide of the right post.

Michaël Cuisance plays a fine pass to the right side of the penalty area to Brekalo. He shoots from a tight angle but pulls the ball wide of the left post.

Michaël Cuisance goes down the right flank and chips the ball into the middle. At the six-yard box, a Kiel player flicks it on to the far corner. Reese is there, taking on a low volley, but Timon Weiner closes his legs and manages to save it.

It's Reese again who whips in a dangerous ball. But Brekalo and Schuler can't quite reach it.

The hosts are proving tenacious in their duels. This is especially true for Michal Karbownik, who has won all seven of his challenges so far.

Reese shows great skill on the left with his dribbling, then crosses from almost the byline. The cross, however, poses no problem for Timon Weiner.

Seguin curls the ball from the left edge of the penalty area towards the far corner. The ball keeps drifting and becomes difficult for Timon Weiner to judge, but it narrowly misses the top corner.

Zeefuik arrives late into a challenge on Meffert at the halfway line, stepping on his foot - an action for which the full-back receives a caution.
