FC Bayern München are expected to make several changes to the side that defeated FC Ingolstadt 04 3-1 at the weekend. Philipp Lahm, David Alaba, Thomas Müller and Mats Hummels have recovered from illness while Jerome Boateng is likely to return to Carlo Ancelotti's starting XI.

Hertha Berlin defender John Brooks is not expected to recover from muscular problems in time to face the champions while Valentin Stocker looks set to replace the injured Vladimir Darida in midfield for the Bundesliga's second-placed side.
