Patrik Schick was born on 24 January 1996 in Prag and plays for Bayer 04 Leverkusen. He played for AC Sparta Prag from 2013-2015, for Bohemians Prag from 2015-2016, for AC Sparta Prag from 2016-2016, for Sampdoria Genua from 2016-2017, for AS Rom from 2017-2019, for RB Leipzig from 2019-2020, for AS Rom from 2020-2020 and has played for Bayer 04 Leverkusen since 2020.
