AND BREATHE!

That must feel like a defeat for rock-bottom Paderborn. They led 3-0 at half-time, but could not live with a resurgent Dortmund in the second half. Lucien Favre's changes made the difference, Marco Reus completed the comeback. Why on earth didn't they play like that in the first 45? A thrilling game at the Signal Iduna Park ends 3-3.

WHAT ARE DORTMUND MADE OF?

Lucien Favre shows his hand: Achraf Hakimi and Thorgan Hazard have come on for Nico Schulz and Mahmoud Dahoud respectively. And don't forget Julian Brandt entered the fray late in the first half for Paco Alcacer. All or nothing - Dortmund will be hoping it's the former.

THE COMEBACK IS COMPLETE!

Paderborn fold as Jans' tired clearance is straight at the feet of Sancho. His cross asks the question, and Marco Reus' emphatic header provides the answer. Three apiece from 3-0 down - can Dortmund go on and get the win?

GRANDSTAND FINISH!

Paderborn don't fully deal with a long ball into the box. Mats Hummels hooks it back into the danger zone in hope rather than expectation, but there's Axel Witsel with the header for 3-2. Hold on tight, folks... IT'S ALL GOING ON!
81'

REUS OFF CUE

Marco Reus takes aim from range, but his radar's off and Zingerle watches it over. Paderborn have done well to weather that early second-half storm, despite being under constant pressure for the last 35 minutes or so.
80'

NO PENALTY!

Dortmund cry penalty as Jadon Sancho's half-cleared cross strikes Jamilu Collins around the midrift. The BVB players think it came off the Nigerian defender's hand, but the referee is unmoved.
77'

ZINGERLE TO THE RESCUE!

Julian Brandt weights a superb ball for Thorgan Hazard, whose first-time rocket is beaten away by Leo Zingerle. Jadon Sancho's follow-up is blocked, and the next effort - from Brandt - is pawed away by the Paderborn stopper who, incidentally, came through the youth ranks of Bayern Munich. Clearly, he learned a thing or two from Manuel Neuer.
72'

MADE IN BELGIUM

Paderborn have six men back in their own box as Thorgan Hazard tries to find a way through. He cuts a ball back across the box for countryman Axel Witsel, who fires wide of Zingerle's right-hand post. Decent hit - just lacked the necessary precision.
67'

MAMBAAAA! NO!

Paderborn are refusing to park the bus as Antwi-Adjej plays in Mamba. He takes aim, but pings his effort wide. That could have spelled curtains for Dortmund. What a game this is!
63'

FRESH PADERBORN LEGS

It's a like-for-like change as Christopher Antwi-Adjej replaces Mainz loanee Gerrit Holtmann, scorer of Paderborn's third goal. He put in some shift, and there's been no let-up since the restart. That change came moments after Marco Reus went down in the box under Klaus Gjasula's challenge, wanting a penalty. Those claims fell on deaf ears, though.
59'

DORTMUND VERSION 2.0

Dortmund substitutes Julian Brandt, Achraf Hakimi and Thorgan Hazard have all made an impact since coming on. BVB are winning all the second balls, and playing with a purpose that was absent for the entire first 45.
57'

HUMMELS HEADER!

The corner count rises, and Dortmund are getting closer. Mats Hummels rises unmarked, but sends his attempted header wide.
54'

RELENTLESS FROM DORTMUND

Whatever Lucien Favre said at half-time is working. Achraf Hakimi is playing virtually as a No.10, and is involved again as he plays in Marco Reus. Jinking, dancing, he fashions a shooting opportunity, but the ball is put behind by a white shirt for a corner. It doesn't come to anything, but BVB have their tails up...
52'

ALMOST A SECOND!

Dortmund come again through Reus, but Leo Zingerle pulls off a spectacular save to preserve Paderborn's two-goal lead.
48'

GAME ON!

Just what the doctor ordered in Dortmund! Marco Reus wins back possession and finds Achraf Hakimi. He slips the ball into the feet of Jadon Sancho, who slams home to give Dortmund a lifeline!

PADERBORN FLYING

Incredible scenes at the Signal Iduna Park, where rock-bottom Paderborn lead last season's runners-up 3-0. Dortmund, who lost 4-0 in Munich prior to the international break, are stunned and - to make matters worse - lost Paco Alcacer to injury on the stroke of half-time. Can Julian Brandt relight BVB's fire, or are Paderborn heading for an historic win? It's going to take some effort - stay tuned!

UNBELIEVABLE!

Dortmund did not learn from Paderborn's second goal. Gerrit Holtmann is set free down the Paderborn left after Axel Witsel loses possession in midfield. He's only got Julian Weigl to beat, but makes it look easy. Searing pace and a cute finish at Roman Bürki's near post. Call WWE's Jim Ross, because Dortmund are dumbfounded!!!

MAMBA NO.4

Streli Mamba adds his second of the night and fourth of the season as Dortmund pay big time for playing such a high defensive line. Ben Zolinski does brilliantly to lift the ball over the top of the defence; Julian Weigl cannot live with the pace of Mamba, and the Paderborn front man makes no mistake with the finish.
25'

GUERREIRO AGAIN!

That is sublime from Dortmund. Paderborn bottle-neck the BVB shirts, but neglect advancing right-back Lukasz Pisczek. Mats Hummels picks him out with another heat-seeking ball from the back which, in turn, is pinged across goal first-time by Piszczek. Guerreiro takes it on, but slams narrowly wide on his weaker right foot. So close to a sensational team goal.

WARNING SIGNS

Something's clicked in the Dortmund ranks. They're shifting the ball at speed, and Paderborn are suddenly being pushed further and further back. Sebastian Schonlau does really well to cut out Axel Witsel's pass, with Paco Alcacer lurking. Dortmund come again with Nico Schulz, who whips over a peach of a cross... just beyond the reach of Paco man.
16'

GUERREIRO CHANCE!

Better from Dortmund as Jadon Sancho bursts over the halfway line and slides in Raphael Guerreiro. The Portugal international has Paco Alcacer to his left, but opts to shoot and sends his effort just past the upright. That's encouraging, mind - Dortmund needed that!
15'

DORTMUND ROCKED

The onus has to be on Dortmund to unlock Paderborn's well-drilled back line, but they're second best across the pitch at present.
12'

PADERBOLD

As the scoreline suggests, Paderborn do not look in the slightest bit overawed. They're winning challenges and getting into the Dortmund box at will.
9'

EARLY BIRDS

Paderborn have now scored a league-high six goals in the opening 15 minutes of matches this season. That effort was Mamba's third of the campaign, and first since Matchday 2.
6'

MY-MY-MAMBA!

Paderborn break at speed as that Dortmund corner comes to nothing. Kai Pröger skins Nico Schulz, who tries to bring his man down to no avail. The ball into the box is measured to perfection and, with Mats Hummels out of position, Streli Mamba pokes beyond the advancing Roman Bürki. Talk about cat among the pigeons! What do Dortmund do from here? What do Paderborn do?!

SET-PIECE DANGER

Marco Reus stands over a free-kick out on the right, but leaves it for the in-swinging left boot of Raphael Guerreiro. Mats Hummels is up there, but Paderborn clear.

DORTMUND PSCYCHED

Dortmund look really up for this one as Mats Hummels pings a long ball up field for the run of Jadon Sancho. Paderborn goalkeeper Leo Zingerle gets there first, though.

PRECIOUS POINTS FOR PADERBORN?

The nature of their defeat to Bayern makes this a must-win game for Dortmund, but Paderborn are also in desperate need of points as they battle to avoid the drop. The promoted side have just 4 points to show from their first 11 games of the campaign, which means they are bottom of the table and already 6 from safety.

PADERBORN SUBS

Huth, Dräger, Antwi-Adjei, Sabiri, Shelton, Michel, Cauly, Strohdiek, Hünemeier

ONE CHANGE FOR PADERBORN

Steffen Baumgart has only made one switch from his side's narrow 1-0 loss at home to Augsburg, and surprisingly it's an attacking move. Forward  Ben Zolinski replaces midfielder  Abdelhamid Sabiri, suggesting that the visitors will line up in a 4-4-2 with Zolinski  in support of Mamba. We'll find out shortly enough!

DORTMUND SUBS

The five players mentioned above drop to the BVB bench: Hitz, Zagadou, Hakimi, Götze, Akanji, Brandt, Hazard, Schmelzer. Bruun Larsen has been ruled out with a late knee injury.

FIVE CHANGES FOR FAVRE

Dortmund boss Lucien Favre has decided to twist for tonight's game, making five changes from Matchday 11's ill-fated Klassiker. Out go Hakimi, Akanji, Brandt, Hazard and Götze, and in come  Piszczek,  Dahoud, Guerreiro, Reus  and Alcacer.

PADERBORN STARTING XI

Zingerle - Jans, Kilian, Schonlau, Collins - Pröger, Gjasula (c), Zolinski, Holtmann - Vasiliadis - Mamba

DORTMUND STARTING XI
