Stay tuned for our match report, which will follow shortly, and don't forget that VfB Stuttgart are in Croatia in qualification for the Europa League group stage.
FULL-TIME!: The game ends 2-0 for Eintracht Frankfurt, a good away win which leaves them comfortable ahead of the second leg at home. Alexander Meier scored both goals and was the difference between the sides. Qarabag will have to improve if they want to take anything from the Commerzbank Arena.
90' A Frankfurt corner comes to nothing, and Qarabag win a throw-in, from which they also lose the ball. Eventually the ball makes its way forward where Kapolongo is offside. These are very much the dying stages now.
85' The second goal has put the game to bed. Qarabag don't want to risk going further behind, and Frankfurt will be confident of defending a two-goal lead at home. A speculative effort hits the Frankfurt bar but it was just that, speculative. Both Meier's goals were outstanding finishes, he's shown his class tonight. Constant Djakpa replaces Sebastian Rode.
80' Replacement for Eintracht as Marco Russ replaces Johannes Flum. Flum was excellent in the centre of midfield tonight.
75' GOAL!:Alexander Meier scores his second of the game! All Qarabag's pressure came to nothing as Meier shrugged off his marker, drove into the box and fired a left-footed effort past a helpless Vardovic. Lovely goal.
73' Switching to the left seems to have been the making of George! He puts another inviting ball across with which two ariving attackers fail to connect. Eintracht living dangerously and need to re-establish the control which characterised the first hour.
72' Eintracht playing with fire and inviting their opposition onto them, Qarabag's Leroy George strikes over from 18 yards, it was a good chance.
69' An audacious overhead kick from the penalty spot sails over for Meier. He's been involved in most of Frankfurt's good forward movement tonight. Lanig replaces Inui in midfield.
64'Kapolongo replaces Gelashvili up front for Qarabag. He's going to need more from his faltering midfield to make the difference.
63' The home fans are off again, jeering every completed Frankfurt pass. George finally puts a ball across, and it's superbly weighted, but midfielder Muarem can only find the goalkeeper's welcoming open arms with a free-header.
61'Celozzi strikes after a cleverly worked Frankfurt corner routine. His shot sails over the bar to Vaardovic's evident relief, as it was well-struck.
60'Sebastian Rode down and in pain after an awkward landing. He's escorted off but should be fine to carry on.
56'Sebastian Rode penalised for a foul on half-way. Qarabag once again lose the ball and the crowd is quietening.
54' So far, so quiet in the second period. Takashi Inui has been intermittently involved but Eintracht are content knocking the ball around amongst themselves. Why wouldn't they be? They've got the away goal in the bag.
50' Armin Veh, the Frankfurt coach looks on chewing gum. His side will have pleased him so far, and Sebastian Rode's searching passes in behind the full-backs are becoming a nuisance.
48'George, Qarabag's right-winger, is beginning to cut a solitary figure trudging up and down. His retention of the ball has been poor tonight and he loses it again in what could have been a threatening position.
46' Chance for Srdjan Lakic from the edge of the box, created by Alexander Meier. The resulting corner is wasted.
KICK OFF!: The home side Qarabag get us underway in the second period.
Don't forget that VfB Stuttgart are away in Croatia against HNK Rijeka tonight and last night FC Schalke 04 were held at home by PAOK in the UEFA Champions League third qualifying round.
HALF-TIME: A half which Frankfurt controlled, winning the midfield duels comfortably and harrying their hosts into giving the ball away too often. Alexander Meier's lovely goal broke the deadlock, and most of the chances since have fallen the German side's way, despite the home fans' vociferous protestations.
44' Frankfurt approach half-time relatively untroubled, as Takashi Inui is pulled up for offside. A shot from the influential Johannes Flum is parried by Vardovic in the Qarabag goal. The corner comes to nothing.
40'Stefan Aigner is brought down on the edge of the box but the resulting free-kick comes to nothing. The Qarabag break is snuffed out as quickly as it started.
38'Carlos Zambrano is having an assured game at the heart of the Frankfurt defence. The game is becoming scrappy, with Frankfurt closing their opposition down well. The Azerbaijanis are seeing more of the ball, but struggling for creativity.
35'George's persistence on the Qarabag right sees him awarded a free-kick and Takashi Inui is booked for the challenge.
32'Lakic has recovered and is found in an offside position as an excellent ball flashes across the face of the goal.
30' Clash on the edge of the box between Lakic and Qarabag 'keeper Vardovic. Goal-kick to the hosts.
29' Every time Qarabag move the ball through midfield their winger George loses it to Oczipka.
25' The home fans are in great voice but their team are struggling to come to terms with Frankfurt's probing passing. They're conceding the ball too easily and then not using it when they do have it. Frankfurt are deservedly leading up to now, their midfield has been good.
22' A lovely ball from Frankfurt right-back Celozzi finds Takashi Inui who beats his marker and strikes the post, so unlucky after great work from the Japanese.
21' Qarabag again give the ball away on halfway, this time right-winger George makes the mistake.
17' Frankfurt holding midfielder Johannes Flum is booked for a mistimed flying tackle.
16' Qarabag's fans voice their frustrations as another pass goes too long. They look to have the tools to open up Frankfurt at points, but are becoming bogged down in a midfield battle, where Eintracht are proving stronger.
13' Qarabag commit a foul on half-way on Takashi Inui and Frankurt look to capitalise from the resulting free-kick, nothing comes of it, but the home side are struggling to settle against the Germans' confidence.
10' Qarabag look to come back from the early deficit and work the ball nicely around the edge of the Frankfurt box, but it's comfortably cleared by Carlos Zambrano and Frankfurt retain possession.
6' GOAL!: Eintracht open the scoring with a lovely half-volley from captain Alexander Meier from just inside the box. He connected sweetly with that attempt, and gives his side the lead.
3' Frankfurt have started more brightly, moving the ball around in the Qarabag half. Oczpika the left-back involved early...
