Munich - FC Bayern are on the verge of reaching the last four of the UEFA Champions League after a dominant and delightful 2-0 win over Juventus at the Allianz Arena on Tuesday night.

They head to Turin for the second leg next Wednesday confident of passage to the semi-finals, although , a 16th-minute replacement for the injured , says there is still a lot of work to be done in the Piedmontese capital. Not least memories of the 2-0 home defeat to Arsenal FC in the last round have warned Robben to be on his guard.

Question: Herr Robben, 2-0 for Bayern against Juventus provides solid foundations for the second leg next week, is that how you see it?

Arjen Robben: It’s a very good position to be in, but no more than that. We saw against Arsenal that we've got to keep our calm. It’s going to be a really tough task in Turin so we’ve got to keep our concentration.

Question: But not conceding at home has got to mean more than half the job’s done...

Robben: The aim today was not to concede and we managed that. After then scoring two goals and winning 2-0, we can talk about it being a successful evening.

Question: What was the reason for things going so well against Juve?

Robben: Of course we’re in really good form at the moment and, so far, we’ve played some excellent games. We’re playing some strong football and today we were also good physically and tactically. We were the better team and we fully deserved to win.

Question: Is this also a warning to the other clubs who are still left in the Champions League?

Robben: No, let’s not get carried away! We’ve won 2-0 and can be happy with that, but we’ve got to keep our feet on the ground.
