Nuremberg, Bayern Munich and the USA will all be keeping a close eye on Timothy Tillman in 2018/19 - but what's his story? bundesliga.com trains the lens on the latest German-American dual national to scale the German football ladder.
Position: Attacking midfielder
Club: 1. FC Nürnberg
Tillman joined Bayern from Greuther Fürth in 2015, working his way up through the U17s and U19s before becoming a regular for the reserves. The 19-year-old racked up six goals and seven assists in 31 Regionalliga outings last season, form which has earned him a shot at regular first-team football with hometown club Nuremberg. The 5'9" winger has also turned out eight times in the UEFA Youth League and was named in the Bayern squad for the 2017 Supercup, but is yet to make a competitive first-team appearance for his parent club.
