Timo Werner has committed his future to RB Leipzig and ruled out a summer transfer after becoming the youngest player to reach 150 Bundesliga appearances on Sunday.

The Germany forward hit 150 German top-flight appearances at a record 22 years and six days in Leipzig's 0-0 draw with his former club Stuttgart on Matchday 26, and he is now aiming to bring up 200 in a Leipzig shirt by ending speculation linking him with a move to Atletico Madrid, Liverpool, Manchester United or Bayern Munich.

"I've got a contract here until 2022 and I'm very happy in Leipzig," he told Sky. "I'm definitely still going to be playing here next year."

Werner has scored 44 goals in 150 Bundesliga appearances: 55 for Leipzig and 95 for Stuttgart, whom he met on Sunday in what he admitted to bundesliga.com had been an emotional occasion. "To go into the other dressing room was something new, but it was nice to return," he said.
