Carlo Ancelotti looked rather comfortable on the FC Bayern München bench at Carl Zeiss Jena on Friday night, and quite understandably too.

The Bayern coach had the luxury of hat-trick hero Robert Lewandowski, midfield general Arturo Vidal and defensive stalwart Mats Hummels to help ensure a 5-0 win which booked the holders' place in the second round of the DFB Cup.

Being a cup competition, Ancelotti's only regret might be that he did not benefit from the points on offer in the Official Fantasy Bundesliga game, but you still have time to put yourself in his boots and pick a squad capable of bettering the Italian when the season starts next weekend. So what are you waiting for? Sign up now for the Official Fantasy Bundesliga!

Unlike Ancelotti, you have the even greater luxury of being able to pick from every single player at any club in the Bundesliga to form your formidable side, although Bayern's three goalscorers on Friday staked a very strong claim for inclusion, amassing what would have been 31 points between them - 49 if Lewandowski were your captain.

"I'm really happy with these first goals of the season and now I'm looking forward to the start of the Bundesliga season," said the Pole, who found the back of the net 30 times in the league last season and would have supplied 36 Fantasy points alone as skipper on Friday.
