Double for celebrations for Bayern at Munich's Marienplatz

Not content with winning just the Bundesliga title, FC Bayern München are also the 2015/16 DFB Cup winners after beating Borussia Dortmund on penalties at Berlin's Olympiastadion on Saturday night.

After celebrating their success long into the night in the capital, the revelry continued into Sunday as the players and coaching staff took to the town hall balcony at Munich's Marienplatz to address the thousands of supporters who had come out to greet their double-winning heroes.

Guardiola pays tribute

Head coach Pep Guardiola, who will leave the club in the coming weeks to take over at Manchester City FC, has addressed the crowds. "Munich has been a wonderful city for me and my family. We've really enjoyed our three years here. It's been an unbelievable, wonderful time here. Thank you, Mia san mia!"
