December is upon us, and that means you can open the next door on your Bundesliga Advent Calendar!

It's the most wonderful time of the year, of course, so each day we'll help you get in the mood for the big day on 25 December with a video featuring a fantastic Bundesliga record.

Behind today's door we take at the Bundesliga's youngest ever debutant, Borussia Dortmund's Nuri Sahin.

After breaking into the BVB team as a teenager, Sahin helped them to the league title in 2010/11 before returning to North Rhine-Westphalia in 2014 following spells at Real Madrid CF and Liverpool FC. Despite struggling with injuries during his Bundesliga career, Sahin has clocked up 243 appearances for Die Schwarz-Gelben in all competitions.
