Following the success of their winter training camp in South Africa in 2014, TSG 1899 Hoffenheim will return to the country during this year’s Bundesliga winter break.

Hoffenheim have chosen the north-eastern city of Rustenburg as their base, and they will make use of the same hotel and facilities the England national team used during the 2010 FIFA World Cup.

Coach Huub Stevens’ side will depart Germany on 7 January and return a week later on 14 January. A friendly against South African first division outfit Platinum Stars has been scheduled for 12 January.

The Sinsheim-based club have already coined the hashtag #TSGinRSA for fans to keep track of the team’s activities on social media.
