Freiburg have signed highly rated Poland winger Bartosz Kapustka on a one-year loan deal from former English Premier League champions Leicester City.
Kapustka made his Poland debut at 18, and has scored three goals in 14 international appearances to date. His performances in helping Poland reach the quarter-finals of UEFA EURO 2016 last summer caught the eye of a certain Gary Lineker in particular.

“The Bundesliga is a big challenge and Freiburg enjoys an excellent reputation,” enthused 20-year-old Kapustka on signing his contract. “I’ve had very good discussions with the club and I’m convinced Freiburg is the right place to continue my development.”
