The wait is almost over for sports game fans around the world. On Friday 29 September, the latest edition of EA Sports’ classic video game, FIFA 18, will be released around the world. And there are some innovative new additions on offer.

Fans of the FIFA series praise the game for its realistic feel and love of detail, and in FIFA 18, EA Sports have taken it to a new level to bring gamers an even more authentic game experience. So for anyone who wants to experience the feeling of playing like Robert Lewandowski or Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, FIFA 18 is not a game to be missed!

Thanks to the power of its Frostbite engine, FIFA 18 blurs the lines between the virtual and real world as it brings the heroes, teams and the atmosphere to life. With Hollywood-style shadow and occlusion techniques, the game offers the most graphically complete and authentic football simulation game of all time. That is seen, for example, in the character rendering and the representation of the match environment.

The game uses real player motion technology, a new animation system with an innovative reaction speed and and trademark player traits. Lewandowski and his superstar colleagues from the Bundesliga now move in the game exactly like they would in real life. The player control, new team styles and formations help create dramatic moments just like we experience in the real football world.

Users can also embark on a true adventure around the world in “The Journey.” The chapter “Hunter Returns” allows you to enjoy a great host of Bundesliga stars such as James Rodriguez or Marco Reus. After its impressive debut season with the English Premier League, “Hunter” has now been extended to other top clubs around the world. It allows players the chance to explore other options and make the next step. The world is your oyster.

You will be able to experience the atmosphere of a real Bundesliga matchday thanks to FIFA 18’s realistic replication of the sounds in the stadium. Just like you’d see in any real-life Bundesliga match.

The Bundesliga stars have already discussed and debated their EA Ratings with their fellow teammates. They tend to think highly of their colleagues, but how close were their predictions? We’ll find out on Friday...
