Cologne – 1. FC Köln were the first of the top-flight clubs to stage their pre-season Bundesliga Media Days ahead of the 2015/16 campaign.

The event, at which the players and squad official photographs were taken, as well as other media content produced throughout the season, took place at the club’s RheinEnergieStadion on Monday. bundesliga.com is on hand to bring you some of the highlights…

Köln Media Day: Best bits

1. Milos Jojic: Corner King

- © DFL DEUTSCHE FUSSBALL LIGA

The new arrival from Borussia Dortmund declared during a photoshoot that he wanted to get off the mark for the Billy Goats as quickly possible, and the Serbian international clearly means business: He scored all three of his efforts in the Corner King challenge - a pre-season competition involving all 18 top-flight clubs - and even scored a fourth from behind the byline. "Should I take the next one from the stands?" he joked afterwards.

2. Stöger impressed

3. Modeste’s mis-hit

Anthony Modeste, another new arrival from TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, has had no problems adjusting to life on the Rhine, but the French striker is unlikely to be the first name on Stöger’s list of set-piece takers this term. Trying to imitate Portuguese star Cristiano Ronaldo, Modeste attempted to find the net from his corner and ended up hitting… a nearby camera.

4. Practice makes perfect, Kevin

Midfielder Kevin Vogt hasn’t scored many goals in his career. Indeed, in 89 Bundesliga appearances the 23-year-old has only found the net on three occasions. When Vogt was asked to celebrate a goal during a photoshoot, he was stumped. "How should I celebrate?" he asked. "We’ve got other people to score our goals."

5. Heintz settling in
