Cologne - Matchday 7 delivered the usual Bundesliga fare: entertainment, excitement and, most importantly, goals.

The weekend's coverage began on Friday evening, as 1. FC Köln and FC Ingolstadt 04 drew 1-1 in an entertaining affair at the RheinEnergieStadion, followed by FC Bayern München's 3-0 win at 1. FSV Mainz 05. FC Schalke 04 held on against Hamburger SV in Saturday's late game, while Eintracht Frankfurt were denied on home soil by Hertha Berlin in a 1-1 draw in Sunday's opener. The weekend ended with a thriller, as Darmstadt rescued a point at Borussia Dortmund with a 2-2 draw after Aytac Sulu's dramatic, injury-time equaliser.
