Pep Guardiola (Bayern coach): "I would like to share this title with Jupp Heynckes. We have done something quite remarkable - four titles in a row. Many thanks to everybody, to all the people in Germany. I have been delighted with the experience I have had here. I want to pay a huge compliment to everybody who works here, to the fans and to the exceptional players. Every single one of them have helped us. And big compliments too to Borussia Dortmund, who have been huge rivals for us. It was the hardest title yet. Borussia Dortmund have been amazing."

Thomas Müller (Bayern forward): "It's been an incredible season from us. In Dortmund, we've had the strongest side ever to finish second in Bundesliga history. But we were the strongest in the end, and we're delighted about it. Four titles in a row - that's never happened in Bundesliga history, and there have been some amazing sides down the years. It's extraordinary and we shouldn't play it down at all. A huge weight has now been lifted and it's left a great deal of satisfaction.''

Arturo Vidal (Bayern midfielder): "A brilliant day. Celebrating the birthday of my boy and my fifth league title in a row."

Philipp Lahm (Bayern captain): "An historic day for Bayern. German Champions for the fourth time in a row. I am proud to be part of this team."

Robert Lewandowski (Bayern striker): "We are German champions for the fourth consecutive time. I am also a German Champion for the fourth time. This is madness. I am glad that I scored two goals. We do not have to travel far to celebrate in Munich. Next week we will be celebrating there with our fans. Then we still have the cup final. If we win the cup, the season is really good."

Douglas Costa (Bayern winger): "My first title here of many to come! So proud of this fourth straight Bundesliga!"

David Alaba (Bayern left-back): "German champions 2016! We made history today!"

Karl-Heinz Rummenigge (Bayern CEO): "Tonight we are celebrating with a nice party. This is an historic achievement. Huge compliments to the coach and the team, the German championship is the most legitimate title. This title somewhat closes the wounds of Tuesday. It would have been a perfect week if we had reached the final of the Champions League."

Ralph Hasenhüttl (Ingolstadt coach): "Pep, you're not only a great coach, you're also incredibly modest. If someone has earned this, it's you. You've lifted this team again to an incredible level. This shows what a great coach you are. We were a bit closer than in the reverse fixture. It is crazy how Bayern managed to counteract our pressing. We wanted to enjoy a little self-promotion today. It was a great stage for us to play against this team."
