FC Bayern München secured a fourth-straight Bundesliga title with a 2-1 victory at FC Ingolstadt 04 on Matchday 33. No other side in Bundesliga history has ever won four consecutive championships and the players quickly took to social media to share their celebrations on an historic achievement...

If David Alaba's post is anything to go by, it looks like it's going to be a long night of celebrations for the Bayern players.

After the final whistle in Ingolstadt, the Bayern dressing room quickly turned into a party zone. Captain Philipp Lahm tweeted: "An historic day for FC Bayern. I'm proud to be part of this fantastic team".

Robert Lewandowski scored his 28th and 29th goals of the season to secure the victory that clinched the title and was clearly delighted!

Local hero Thomas Müller simply tweeted "we're champions" in the regional Bavarian dialect.

Although he couldn't be in Ingolstadt, Arturo Vidal tweeted "A marvellous day. Celebrating my boy's birthday and my fifth consecutive title".

Mario Götze also expressed his delight, saying: "German champions! My fifth Bundesliga title - thankful!"
