- Dortmund keep title race alive with 3-0 win at Stuttgart.
- Kagawa, Pulisic and Mkhitaryan with the goals for BVB.
- Pulisic becomes youngest-ever player to score two Bundesliga goals.
Thomas Tuchel was full of praise for his Borussia Dortmund side after a 3-0 win at VfB Stuttgart ensured the Bundesliga title race will continue until next weekend at the very least.
Thomas Tuchel (Dortmund coach): "We can't control anything except our performances. We scored lovely goals today and yet again put in a great display - compliments to the team! We were really affected by the 4-3 defeat in Liverpool [in the UEFA Europa League] but haven't used it as a season-defining defeat."
Henrikh Mkhitaryan (Dortmund midfielder): "A perfect weekend!"
Christian Pulisic (Dortmund midfielder): "I saw Miki was going to take a shot and I've known ever since I was little that if you want to score goals you have to follow up the shot. That’s what I did and the goalie hit it right out to me and I just finished it."
Julian Weigl (Dortmund midfielder): "We're still only focusing on ourselves. It doesn't matter who's on the field, we have a really good mentality. We just need to keep this up. We have real quality in the squad."
Matthias Ginter (Dortmund defender): "We defended well at the start and countered well. The second goal just before the break really helped us - and in fact towards the end of the game we could have had one or two more. Anyway, we're really pleased with the result. It's not important who plays, but more how we play. We're going to keep trying to win every game, and approach the DFB Cup final confidently."
Jürgen Kramny (Stuttgart coach): "We now have to focus on the Bremen game. It's a really, really important game."
Robin Dutt (Stuttgart sporting director): "We shouldn't spend too long analysing this one. We need to look forward instead: Bremen lost, Darmstadt lost and so we need to recover our energy. We'll go into next week's game in Bremen to win."
