Martin Hansen (FC Ingolstadt 04, 14 points)

With relegation-battling Ingolstadt a goal up against Eintracht Frankfurt, their Danish keeper made a crucial penalty save from Makoto Hasebe after bringing down Ante Rebic. That five-point bonus puts him at the top of the pile for Official Fantasy Bundesliga keepers this week.

Defenders

Lukasz Piszczek (Borussia Dortmund, 19 points)

An instinctive, opportunistic goal and two assists in his side’s 3-0 win over VfL Wolfsburg helped Dortmund’s Polish right-back to an excellent Fantasy return for Matchday 21. He is the Bundesliga’s highest scoring defender this term with five, and goals from the back are a nice bonus for any Fantasy manager!

Romain Bregerie (FC Ingolstadt 04, 17 points)

Bregerie’s first-ever Bundesliga goal put his side ahead against Frankfurt, and he backed it up with a battling defensive effort that gave Die Schanzer three precious points in their fight to stay up.

Jannik Vestergaard (Borussia Mönchengladbach, 14 points)

The Gladbach centre-back’s towering header gave the Foals hope against RB Leipzig, and an impressive four attempts on goals show that this is one defender who is equally at home at the other end of the pitch.

Lamine Sane (SV Werder Bremen, 12 points)

Sane's commitment in the tackle and a clean sheet all helped earn him a dozen points from Werder’s excellent 2-0 win away at 1. FSV Mainz 05.

Midfielders

Karim Bellarabi (Bayer 04 Leverkusen, 13pts)

As well as writing himself a page in Bundesliga history by scoring its 50,000th goal, Bellarabi enjoyed a fine night all round in Leverkusen’s 3-1 win at FC Augsburg, bombarding the opposition with five of his side’s 20 attempts on goal.

Kai Havertz (Bayer 04 Leverkusen, 11pts),

Leverkusen’s talented 17-year-old laid on a pinpoint cross to set up Bellarabi for that historic 50,000th Bundesliga goal, and another inch-perfect pass created Javier ‘Chicharito’ Hernandez's clincher. Havertz is certainly one for the future, but his fine form also makes him one for the present when mulling over your Official Fantasy Bundesliga line-up…

Pascal Groß (FC Ingolstadt 11pts)

Die Schanzer need cool heads in their battle to stay in the Bundesliga, and Groß set a great example when holding his nerve from the penalty spot to seal their 2-0 win at Frankfurt. The hard-working 25-year-old also ran a season’s best 12.77km, by some distance the furthest of any player at the Commerzbank-Arena.

Watch: Karim Bellarabi reflects on netting the 50,000th goal in Bundesliga history:

Forwards

Chicharito (Bayer 04 Leverkusen, 17pts)

On the scoresheet five times in his last three outings - with more goals than any other player in the Bundesliga in 2017 - the Mexican is in prime form and he has now reached double figures for the season. He also led the way with six shots on goal against Augsburg, and his two strikes were the sixth time he has bagged a brace in the Bundesliga, helping him make the Fantasy Team of the Week for the second time in a row.

Andrej Kramaric (TSG 1899 Hoffenheim, 12pts)

He did not appear off the substitute's bench until the 50th minute on Matchday 21, but what an impact Kramaric made! His cameo appearance saw the Croatian score twice in a Bundesliga match for the first time, sealing Hoffenheim’s 2-0 win over SV Darmstadt 98, and he managed five shots on goal in his match-turning display.

Nils Petersen (SC Freiburg, 12pts)

A busy day for the Freiburg striker saw him provide the assists for both of his side's goals in their 2-2 draw at Hamburger SV, have three attempts on goal himself, make 28 sprints and he also led the line by running an impressive 11.74km.
