For their part Bayern 'only' contribute two players to the top 10 list: Robert Lewandowski (155 points) and Thiago Alcantara (121 points). The Polish striker is, however, the top-scoring player on the game, while Thiago is the best midfielder according to total points accrued.
Although not in the overall top 10, Bayern's Manuel Neuer leads the way in the goalkeeper rankings (85 points). In second place - you guessed it - is Leipzig's Peter Gulacsi (70 points). Orban and Halstenberg are the top two defenders in the game, while Mats Hummels (106 points) is Bayern's best point-scoring defender.
While there may be a Bayern player in front in three of the four positional categories (Neuer, Thiago and Lewandowski), Leipzig's four players to Bayern's two in the top 10 underline the wealth of options offered by the promoted side in the Official Fantasy Bundesliga.
Leipzig's strength in depth is also proven by the total points scores of the clubs: Both have called upon 20 players so far this season, with Bayern's players returning 1,362 Official Fantasy Bundesliga points. Ralph Hasenhüttl's players have collected 1,406.
