Borussia Mönchengladbach put FC Bayern München through the wringer last season - and that is putting it mildly.
The two old foes revisit their long-standing rivalry at the BORUSSIA-PARK on Saturday, but not before bundesliga.com recounts what happened when they met in 2014/15.
2014/15, Matchday 9: Neuer the Wall
Second-placed Gladbach and leaders Bayern maintained their unbeaten starts to the 2014/15 Bundesliga campaign after playing out an all-action goalless draw at the sold-out BORUSSIA-PARK on Matchday 9. David Alaba forced the very best out of Borussia custodian Yann Sommer in the first half, but it was almost all Gladbach thereafter. Andre Hahn and Raffael both tested Manuel Neuer, who underlined his case for the Ballon d'Or prize with a superlative display between the visiting goalposts.

2014/15, Matchday 26: Raffael at the double
Neuer was thrust under the spotlight again on Matchday 26, albeit for all the wrong reasons. The Bayern stopper fumbled a pair of routine Raffael strikes either side of half time to gift Gladbach only their third-ever win over the record German champions on Bavarian soil, as Bayern suffered their first loss at the Allianz Arena since the 4-0 humbling at the hands of Real Madrid CF in the 2013/14 UEFA Champions League semi-finals.
