With Markus Suttner ruled out through suspension, FC Ingolstadt 04 head coach Maik Walpurgis will have to shuffle his pack for the visit of Bundesliga leaders RB Leipzig. Anthony Jung is set to fill in at left-back against his parent club and Moritz Hartmann on the left-hand side of midfield, with Dario Lezcano the most likely candidate for the lone striker role.

Leipzig head coach Ralph Hasenhüttl is once again without defenders Marvin Compper, Bernardo, Kyriakos Papadopoulos and Lukas Klostermann. Right-back Benno Schmitz lasted just 23 minutes against FC Schalke 04 on Matchday 13 after suffering a head injury, but is expected to start at Ingolstadt's Audi-Sportpark.
