Marco Reus is set to make his eagerly-anticipated first Bundesliga start of the season against his former club when Borussia Dortmund play host to Borussia Mönchengladbach. Sokratis and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang both trained individually during the week, but are still expected to feature in the starting line-up, while Raphael Guerreiro and Shinji Kagawa returned to training on Tuesday and could potentially feature in the matchday squad.

Borussia Mönchengladbach head coach Andre Schubert still has a lengthy injury list to contend with, but it is likely that the Foals will revert to their tried-and-tested 3-5-2 formation having switched to a four-man backline against Hoffenheim. Thorgan Hazard may drop to the bench as a result, with Julian Korb and Tony Jantschke in contention to slot into the starting line-up. Schubert admitted that Andre Hahn will "get his chance soon", but it unlikely to be from the start against Dortmund.
