adidas unveil 2017/18 TORFABRIK match ball
Bundesliga partner adidas has unveiled the new TORFABRIK – the official match ball of the Bundesliga and Bundesliga 2.
With its striking turquoise bands, which form crosses on the surface, the dynamic design of the 2017/18 match ball is guaranteed to turn heads in stadiums and on playgrounds alike.
The new ball takes its inspiration from both the 'Brazuca', the official match ball of the 2014 FIFA World Cup, and the 'Beau Jeu', the ball used recently at UEFA EURO 2016, and retains the innovative and highly acclaimed panel form of its two predecessors.
The new ball has undertaken extensive testing for weight, water intake, shape and size, and meets all the necessary FIFA requirements for an official professional match ball. So that the ball may be visible in snow and other adverse weather conditions during the winter months, an orange ball has also been created.
