Weinzierl and Reuter extend Augsburg deals
Augsburg - FC Augsburg had some good news for their fans moments before they took to the field to face FC Schalke 04 on Sunday.

Coach Markus Weinzierl and sporting director Stefan Reuter have both extended their contracts until 2019 and 2020 respectively.
"The extension of the contracts with Stefan Reuter and Markus Weinzierl is something of a milestone for FC Augsburg," said club president Klaus Hofmann. "It makes us proud that both have shown such a strong allegiance with FCA. We're convinced that with this duo, we are laying the foundations for a successful future together." With the club on course for an even better campaign this term, he expressed his delight after signing on the dotted line. "Our development in the past two and a half years has been amazing," he said. "We want to continue this work together. It's incredibly enjoyable being coach of FC Augsburg."
