Cologne - 's stunning finish in SV Werder Bremen's 2-1 win over Borussia Dortmund has been voted Goal of the Week for Matchday 17 by the bundesliga.com users.

Schweinsteiger off the mark

The 19-year-old German prodigy showed the touch of a seasoned veteran to open the scoring after just three minutes at the Weser-Stadion and set die Grün-Weißen on the road to three priceless points.

FC Bayern München midfielder Bastian Schweinsteiger finished second in the poll, the 30-year-old sending a wicked free kick over the wall and off the inside of the post in an eventual 2-1 success away to 1. FSV Mainz 05.

There was a tie for third between 1. FC Köln's Dominic Maroh and FC Augsburg powerhouse Raul Bobadilla, with VfL Wolfsburg defender Naldo bringing up the rear with his second headed goal in as many outings.
