Matchday 14: Statistical review

Cologne - Franck Ribery and FC Bayern München reached new landmarks on Matchday 14, but they were not the only Bavarians setting new standards at the weekend.

20 - Only 26 penalties have been given this season, which is 20 fewer than at the same stage of the 2013/14 campaign.

25 - Vladimir Darida took the 25th penalty in the Bundesliga this season.

9 - Werder Bremen have now conceded nine times in the final 15 minutes of their matches this term - more than any other side. The Green-Whites have also let in 31 goals so far, meaning they have the joint-leakiest backline alongside VfB Stuttgart.

8 - VfL Wolfsburg are the only club to have scored a goal in the opening quarter of an hour on eight occasions this season.

6 - Hoffenheim managed only six shots against Borussia Dortmund - there lowest number under Markus Gisdol. Dortmund goalkeeper did not have intervene once.

10 Frankfurt's is now the out-and-out leading scorer in the Bundesliga in 2014/15 with ten goals.

30 - For the third matchday in a row more than 30 goals found the back of the onion bag. In the previous 11 rounds of matches that figure was only reached once.

5 - Freiburg were awarded their fifth penalty of the season against SC Paderborn - only FC Augsburg have had as many this season, while last year Christian Streich's men only got two.
