Augsburg - FC Augsburg have signed Serbian striker Nikola Djurdjic on a three-year contract from Bundesliga 2 outfit Greuther Fürth.
The 28-year-old passed his medical on Thursday evening, before putting pen to paper on a contract which ties him to the Fuggerstädter until 30 June 2017.
"I’m looking forward to being able to play in the Bundesliga again," said Djurdjic. "I remember playing in Augsburg and the atmosphere was brilliant. Now I can experience that every other week."
The one-time capped Serbian international scored five goals in 15 top-flight appearances with Fürth in the 2012/13 season.
