Bremen - SV Werder Bremen have confirmed their intention to exercise a buy-out clause in 's loan deal which will see the Argentinian put pen to paper on a three-year contract with the club in the summer.

The deal ensures that the 25-year-old, currently on loan from Chilean first division side CSD Rangers Talca, will extend his stay in Bremen until 30.06.2017. The left-back has made 20 top-flight appearances for Robin Dutt's side, scoring three goals, most recently in their

3-1 win

against 1899 Hoffenheim and is delighted to have commited his future to the club. "I'm over the moon about my new contract and three more years in Bremen," said Garcia.
