Dresden - Dynamo Dresden did their survival hopes the world of good after coming for a goal down to record a 1-1 draw at home to second-place SpVgg Greuther Fürth.

As was to be expected, promotion hopefuls Fürth asked all the questions, with Thomas Pledl, Ognjen Mudrinski and Zsolt Korcsmar going close inside ten minutes. The visitors didn't have it all their own way, though, and had goalkeeper Wolfgang Hesl to thank for keeping out Tobias Kempe. Nikola Djurdjic fired Fürth ahead from the spot in the 71st minute, but Dresden were level eight minutes later thanks to a spot-kick of their own, duly converted by Zlatko Dedic. Tom Weilandt had the ball in the net late on, only to be flagged for offside.
