Ribery undergoes minor operation

Munich - FC Bayern München winger will be out for a minimum of 12 days after undergoing an operation on Thursday evening.

The 2013 UEFA Best Player in Europe underwent surgery on a trapped nerve in his gluteal muscles and will remain at club doctor Hans-Wilhelm Müller-Wohlfahrt's clinic for the rest of the weekend.
