Bremen - After SV Werder Bremen suffered their joint-highest defeat in the club's history on Matchday 15, conceding seven goals to a scintillating FC Bayern München, talking points were hardly in short supply on the banks of the Weser.

bundesliga.com rounds up the post-match soundbites...

Franck Ribery: When something like this happens, we're all very happy. I'm delighted for Daniel van Buyten, he's a big player for us and he's the example of just how well we're working as a group. Everyone has got such a good mentality and we just need to keep it up now.

Toni Kroos: To be honest, Bremen made it pretty easy for us after going 3-0 down. They didn’t tighten up at the back like other teams, in order to keep the score to a minimum. That gave us plenty of room, but we worked hard for our lead in the first place.

SV Werder Bremen

Clemens Fritz: It was a bit of a mess and there's no excuse for such a performance, Bayern were totally on top. We're going to have to show a serious reaction.

Nils Petersen: We had the chance to play well and build on the good performance in Hoffenheim last time out, but we couldn't really compete and were rolled over. The result speaks for itself.

Eljero Elia: Bayern have an unbelievable amount of quality, and seem to be able to find the right solution to any problem they're posed. For me, they're the best team in the world.
