Munich - Defending , and UEFA Champions League champions FC Bayern Munich have announced that all but one of their 17 home fixtures next season have already sold out.

Only the game against 1899 Hoffenheim, which, like all the games, is yet to be scheduled, has not received more ticket requests than the Allianz Arena’s 71,000 capacity. That is only due to the fact Hoffenheim's place in the Bundesliga was only secured just over a week ago and tickets did not go on sale before then.

Another sell-out

For the remaining 16 home games, requests “of between 80,000 and 140,000” tickets have been received, according to club director Jan-Christian Dreesen, who therefore expects the 2013/14 season to be another total sell-out.

In the 2012/13 season, over 1.2 million spectators took in a game at the Allianz Arena, which opened its doors in 2005, and every single game Bayern played there in the Bundesliga last season was in front of a full house. Furthermore, Bayern’s fans also snapped up every available ticket for away games last term.
