- Oral relieved of his duties with five games remaining after Saturday's defeat to Bochum
- FSV currently five points above the automatic relegation spots.
- Oral had already announced he would take over at Karlsruher SC in the summer
FSV Frankfurt 1899 have parted ways with coach Tomas Oral with the club hovering perilously above the Bundesliga 2 drop zone.
Beaten 4-1 at VfL Bochum 1848 on Saturday, FSV find themselves in 14th place, just four points above the relegation play-off spot and five clear of the bottom two with five games left.
The club will hold a press conference on Monday to reveal details of Oral's successor.
FSV would even drop to 15th place if Fortuna Düsseldorf were to get a positive result from Monday's home encounter with RB Leipzig.
Oral had already announced he would be leaving FSV at the end of the season to take over at Karlsruher SC.
