FC St. Pauli 0-0 1. FC Union Berlin

Emanuel Pogatetz headed the first chance of the game over the crossbar before a dangerous cross from Kenny Redondo was only just missed by Soren Brandy. St. Pauli's response was immediate with Lasse Sobiech's header turned onto the woodwork by Jakob Busk. Robin Himmelmann then made a fine save at the other end to deny Damir Kreilach before the first half ended.

Lennart Thy sent the first chance of the second half over the crossbar as the home fans made their voices heard. Pauli upped the tempo, but were unable to find a way through as they were forced to settle for just a point.
