RB Leipzig will remain top of Bundesliga 2 going into the winter break after claiming a dramatic stoppage-time victory over SpVgg Greuther Fürth.
A breath-taking end to the match saw RB Leipzig secure a last-gasp victory that extended their winning run to five matches. Deep into stoppage-time, the home side looked to have rescued a point when Benedikt Röcker headed home a Gießelmann free-kick. But Leipzig reacted in stunning style as Stephan Ilsanker tapped home right at the death to restore the visitors' lead.
Yussuf Poulsen's third goal in four games had initially given Leipzig the lead just after half-time and the league leaders looked set to cruise to victory before the dramatic final few minutes.
