Bielefeld - DSC Arminia Bielefeld and SV Sandhausen 1916 shared the spoils after a 0-0 draw at the SchücoArena on Matchday 12.
In need of victory after recently dropping dangerously close to the relegation zone, the hosts enjoyed the better of the first half, threatening through David Ulm and Fabian Klos and limiting Sandhausen to no chances of note before the interval.
Norbert Meier's side remained on top after the break, Klos, Tom Schütz and Ulm forcing Sandhausen keeper Marco Knaller into a succession of good saves. The visitors offered little in response and seemed content to head home with a point and remain in the top seven. Bielefeld, meanwhile, edged into 14th.
