Karlsruhe - Karlsruher SC moved up to third in Bundesliga 2 thanks to a 2-1 win against Greuther Fürth, who risk slipping inside the relegation zone with four games to go.

Karlsruher's early profligacy came back to bite them as soon as Marco Rapp got his first sight of goal, putting the visiting team in front on only his second appearance of the season.

Thereafter, Fürth looked to defend and contain their hosts, but their resistance was broken in the 58th minute when Rouwen Hennings finished calmly. Just over a minute later, Hennings could hardly believe his luck as he was put through on goal once more, and he made no mistake with a powerful effort to give KSC all three points.
