Frankfurt - New SpVgg Greuther Fürth coach Mike Büskens endured a sixth game without a win after his side drew 1-1 at FSV Frankfurt.

It was the home team, now in the relative safety of mid-table, that began the stronger and they got off to the perfect start when Joni Kauko stole in to head from Alexander Huber's cross.

Fürth struggled to impose themselves on the game in any way during the first half, but another set-piece goal brought them back into the match. There seemed little danger when Niko Gießelmann placed the ball down on the right side of midfield, but his inswinging free-kick eluded everyone and nestled in the corner. Fürth are now five points ahead of the relegation play-off place with six games to go.
