Frankfurt - FSV Frankfurt came from behind to draw 1-1 with SV Sandhausen in an entertaining game at the Frankfurter Volksbank Stadion on Matchday 26.

After two of the Rückrunde's form teams had played out a cagey opening, visitors Sandhausen took the lead and the first-half control when Aziz Bouhaddouz netted against his former club in the 22nd minute. The goalscorer had two further chances to add to the opener, while his strike partner Andrew Wooten also came close in a dominant period prior to half time.

The hosts emerged a different team after the break, however, with Vincenzo Grifo involved in every threatening attack. The 21-year-old came close in the 62nd minute before Edmond Kapllani shot wide four minutes later. After dragging his shot from distance wide, Grifo was fouled inside the box with ten minutes remaining on the clock. The referee pointed to the spot and Kapllani duly sent the goalkeeper the wrong way to secure FSV a deserved point.
