Sandhausen - Nik Omladic scored the only goal of the game as Eintracht Braunschweig snuck a 1-0 win away to SV Sandhausen on Sunday.

Nicky Adler spurned a good opening for the hosts inside five minutes, before Omladic brought a pair of quick-fire saves from Sandhausen goalkeeper Manuel Riemann. Braunschweig assumed control of proceedings, but had to wait until the 77th minute to get the goal their dominance deserved.

Tim Kister brought down Jan Hochscheidt on the edge of the box, with Omladic stepping up to fire the resultant free kick low and hard into the bottom corner. Ranisav Jovanovic had a chance to level in injury time, but his volley was straight at Rafal Gikiewicz.
