Ingolstadt - FC Ingolstadt 04 suffered a setback in their bid for promotion to the Bundesliga after being held to a 1-1 draw by Bavarian rivals TSV 1860 Munich.

The league leaders swiftly assumed control of proceedings, with Moritz Hartmann and Benjamin Hübner going close inside the opening half-hour. 1860 were camped inside their own half for much of the first half and the pressure eventually told four minutes before the break when Danilo rifled in from 18 yards with the aid of a deflection. There only ever looked like being one winner as Vitus Eicher denied Ingolstadt's Australian international Mathew Leckie a second, before 1860 grabbed the unlikeliest of equalisers through Borussia Dortmund loanee Jannik Bandowski with seven minutes still to play. Leckie almost won it for the hosts, but his goalbound strike was cleared off the line by Munich captain Kai Bülow.
