Nuremberg - 1. FC Nürnberg and local rivals Greuther Fürth shared the points in a feisty goalless draw at the Grundig Stadion.

Fürth managed to hold on for a point despite playing much of the second half with ten men after Stephan Schröck was given his marching orders. The visitors had resisted well up until then as Nürnberg enjoyed the better of the game, and Frank Kramer's men showed even more resolve for the remainder of the game to secure a point in front of a whopping 47,501 fans.

The Clover Leaves even had chances to snatch victory on the break, but it was all about standing firm and showing some guts to grab a point and ensure they retain the bragging rights in Franconia this season after a 5-1 win at home earlier this season. Nürnberg, on the other hand, are left waiting for their first derby win in over six years.
