Bochum - VfL Bochum ended a seven-match winless run by breezing to a 4-0 victory over VfR Aalen on Matchday 14.

The hosts got off to the best possible start when Andre Hainault turned into his own net after just three minutes, and from then on they never looked like relinquishing the lead. Aalen survived until the break but then fell another goal behind when Simon Terodde poked home just before the hour mark, with substitute Marco Terrazino adding a third with a cool finish nine minutes later.

Veteran striker Mikael Forssell enjoyed the last word, tapping home a left-wing cross as stoppage time approached to give Peter Neuruer's men their first league success since 20 September.
